Achieved 100% customer reference-ability, established and grew a competitive and technically superior delivery capability, built a robust partner network, and fully met customer service level agreements at Sureify over a three and a half year period. Contributed meaningful revenue and profit in operating customer delivery services, product support engineering, partner enablement, product delivery engineering, delivery operations and sales support functions at Sureify. As SVP, managed teams totaling 140+ and a network of seven system integrator partners contracting up to 30 full-time equivalents.
Key driver in growing Guidewire and Vitria from startup to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. While holding global senior director roles, developed products and stabilized them in the market through implementations leading to industry adoption and praise.
As professional services leader in Guidewire's international team, increased Guidewire's European customer base by 500% and revenue by 840% in five years by leading on-time, on-budget InsuranceSuite implementations at Aviva UK and PZU Poland. These customers advocated for Guidewire in the region leading to explosive sales and revenue growth.
Enabled insurance startups Tinkoff Online Insurance and L'olivier Assurances (Admiral France) by quickly implementing InsuranceSuite. Tinkoff implemented in just five months and became Russia's first online insurance provider. L'olivier implemented in about nine months and became dominant in the entry-level insurance market.
With Guidewire staff, Guidewire partners and customers, organized and led one of the largest and most successful insurance transformations in EMEA involving well over 500 personnel. This program finished initial implementation in just over a year. This achievement using Agile Scrum spawned many other successful programs for Guidewire and its partners in the region.
Directed project portfolios in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa managing up to 150 individual contributors.
